        新加坡航空有限公司（IATA缩写为SQ）是新加坡的国家航空公司。新加坡航空以樟宜机场为基地，主要经营国际航线，在东南亚、东亚和南亚拥有强大的航线网络，并占据袋鼠航线的强大市场，该公司还经营跨太平洋航线。新加坡航空公司（SIA）预期到今年5月份，集团客运能力将可达疫情前的61％。

　　公司表示，新加坡正从2022年4月1日起重新开放边境方面迈出一大步，允许完全接种疫苗的旅客入境，而不需要隔离或在抵达时接受新冠检测。每日抵达配额和疫苗接种者通道（VTL）安排都被取消。

　　新航（SIA）与酷航（Scoot）两家航空公司在3月共载送89.3万名乘客，高于2022年2月的54.46万。集团3月客运能力达到疫情前水平的51％，比前一个月高7个百分点。集团载客率提高15.4个百分点，达到54.5％（同比增长41.7％），是自疫情开始以来的最高水平。

新的“袋鼠航线”

袋鼠航线（ Kangaroo Route）特指来往欧洲及大洋洲间经停东半球的客运航线，这些航班通常都会在东南亚经停。

“袋鼠航线”这一名称由澳洲航空（QANTAS）首创，其由来不只是因为袋鼠对澳洲的独特性，更因为这条路线的航班绝大部分都会中停一站，类似于袋鼠跳跃的动作。袋鼠航线的主要中停站是新加坡樟宜国际机场。
